We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance and Infrastructure Team as an Administrative Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of our organisation and play a key role in supporting the vital work of our Finance and infrastructure professionals.
This is a full time ongoing position based at our West Leederville Office commencing as soon as possible.
What you will be doing?
This role plays a key role in supporting and providing high quality administrative support to the Finance and Infrastructure leadership and the Executive Assistant of the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology Directorate.

- Salary range for this position is F1 to F4 on the CEO salary scale ($75, 806 - $81, 734 per annum) plus superannuation.

About you?
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support ensuing smooth day to day operations.
- Experience in administrative or office management role.
- Proven ability to effectively manage calendars, organise meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Effective digital technology skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite and willingness to adopt system applications related to the role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated capacity to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A customer focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to assist in various tasks as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a positive member of the team, including working across multi-disciplinary teams.
