As the Administration assistant, reporting directly to the Senior Manager - you will demonstrate a sound background in credit analysis within the finance sector and contribute to the team's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align leadership with FQ Finance's purpose, vision, and mission.
• Assist Relationship Manager in conducting comprehensive credit analysis and risk assessment for property finance transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data and documentation for credit evaluation.
• Prepare credit proposals, loan documentation, and other relevant materials following regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Support Relationship Manager in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide administrative support to the Relationship Management team as needed.
