Fixed Term Appointment from 8 July 2024 to 13 December 2024 with possible further term and/or permanency at our Northam Campus.

About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides professional administrative and secretarial support services.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to work to strict deadlines and effectively coordinate multiple tasks.
You will also have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both orally and in writing) and liaise with staff at all levels, as well as demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additionally, you will have knowledge and experience in the provision of administrative and secretarial support services, including the organisation of meetings and the taking of minutes.
