Gray & Co Lawyers are seeking a new team member to join our growing firm located in Geraldton, Western Australia.
We are a busy law firm focusing on Family and Criminal law, whilst also offering representation and advice in Children’s Matters, Restraining Orders, Wills and Estate Law, throughout various locations across Western Australia. Our team pride themselves on being professional yet personable. We are dedicated to providing our clients with excellent service.
Gray & Co are now looking for a strong administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients, colleagues and other stakeholders, whilst also providing support to our Office Manager and lawyers.
About the role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Providing high level administrative support to the Office Manager and Lawyers;
- Preparation of Legal Documents;
- Maintenance of client files;
- Management of incoming / outgoing correspondence; and,
- Scheduling and management of client appointments.
About you
You will have:
- Solid experience in administration with strong computer literacy;
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality; and,
- Professionalism and pride in all you do
Prior experience in the legal industry is not a requirement because we believe this role would suit a strong administrator from any background. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you!
