Administration Assistant
A fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Company. Experienced is preferred and willing to train for the right person. This is a full time position Monday - Friday, located in Manjimup, working for a family run business. What does the role entail?
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Meet and greet clients.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
- Prepare, send and receive emails.
- Data Input.
- Filing.
- Scanning.
- Printing.
What sort of person are we looking for?
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel etc).
- Good time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive.
- Demonstrated initiative and provide “hands on” support.
- Works well as a team member.
- A “Can Do” attitude.
