We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a busy and varied role and enjoys working in an administration role. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and provide exceptional support to our operations and sales teams. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Position Overview
Providing crucial support to our Medimart team and ensuring the seamless execution of administrative tasks. Your role will involve coordinating closely with our internal team and various departments, streamlining processes and maintaining our commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service. You will provide energetic, professional and best practice service delivery to your role and the wider team. Previous experience working in similar role will be favourably looked upon however we are open to training the right person.
Responsibilities
- Timely communication with stakeholders
- Communicate professionally and effectively ensuring that Medimart’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.
- Rostering & Payroll Timesheet back up
- Customer call service for Hire Department
- Sales and Hire administration
- General Administration tasks including but not limited to:
- Monitoring staff compliance adherence
- Taking Toolbox minutes
- Customer Support Email & Phone Message Triage
- SOP Folders/updates
- Fleet Vehicle Administration
- Uniform Custodian/Distribution
- Form Creation
- Ordering of stationery & store supplies
Required Skills and qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- You are a team player who enjoys working within a team to achieve outcomes.
- High level of computer literacy and intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly.
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Confident written and oral communicator, with proven ability to engage and build relationships with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure and drive to provide exceptional service and a happy to help attitude.
- Sound knowledge of administrative record keeping with attention to detail
- Experience working as a member of a small team who can work effectively across multiple departments.
Salary will be commensurate with your skills and experience.
