The main purpose of this role is to provide fast and accurate administrative duties to customers and co-workers.
We are seeking a renewable focused Customer Service Coordinator in a full-time role, to work with a company who is actively working towards a sustainable future.
We are South Australia's leading provider of solar and battery storage systems. As well as providing solar maintenance, repairs and servicing to commercial and residential homeowners throughout Australia. Together with the below skill set, you will possess great organisational and problem-solving skills, have a love of learning and skills to adapt to change in a fast-paced industry.
The role will include various administrative functions such as;
- Data Entry into in-house database systems
- Filing, photocopying, scanning and other general administrative duties
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email.
- Handle large volume of incoming calls and emails and directing to the right department
- Greeting visitors
- Liaising with customers in regarding their solar and/or battery install or query
- Lodging and submitting required documents on behalf of customers, requesting approval from SA Power Networks and energy retailers
- Preparing of customer documents via email and hard copy
- Maintain customer records in multiple applications
- Organisation of the NRG Office.
