Gold Law is a dynamic and reputable law firm located in seaside town of Hervey Bay Queensland, dedicated to providing top-tier legal services.
Our team is known for its commitment to excellence, ethical standards, and fostering a supportive work environment. We are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated Administration Assistant/Paralegal.
Experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to solicitors, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, typing and managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Client Interaction: Communicating with clients in person, over the telephone and by written communication.
- Document Preparation: Under the supervision of a solicitor assist with preparing basic legal documents.
- File Management: Assist in managing files, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are up-to-date and organised.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal, administrative assistant, or in a similar legal support role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Neat and organised with an attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a full-time position, though we offer some flexibility in working hours.
