The Role
This role requires someone with a proven track record in real estate administration, a sharp eye for detail, and comprehensive knowledge of sales & property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the administration process
- Support the team across all administration tasks
- Maintain organised records of all transactions and related documentation
- Provide support to the team by preparing reports, organising pre-listing kits, appraisal documents and contracts
- Database management and updating client records
- Previous experience in real estate administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of administration processes and contracts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Monday to Friday only
