The Role: We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to step into the business on an on-site full-time role in Silverwater to help scale and deliver the highest quality products and service to a diverse customer base. As a Services Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting the Engineering and Services Team with the everyday operations.
Tasks:
- Administrative duties – processing orders, quotes, proposals
- Scheduling on-site works – site inspections, reactive servicing, annual maintenance
- Customer engagement – handle inbound enquires and redirect them internally, emails, customer support and customer success.
- Communicating with stakeholders for everyday operations – internal employees, external customers and contractors
- Billing management – processing subscriptions for software and annual services
- Database and contact management
- Documentation management
