Resolute Care are looking for a customer focused, efficient Administration Assistant for our Townville office.

Resolute Care Group is a local North Queensland disability support organisation providing authentic and social wellbeing to a diverse Australian community and your loved ones in Townsville, Ayr, Charters Towers, Mt. Isa and all other surrounding areas in the region.
Our focus is in the areas of community nursing care, disability services, supported accommodation and community supports through government funded programs such as NDIS, My aged care, DVA or privately funded clients.
We are passionate about providing professional companionship and personal care to clients based on their individual needs/desires and via an established/documented care plan. Work directly with the client, their families and friends ensuring continuity of care. Supporting every client in and providing safe client care in accordance with the Australian Disability Care Quality Standards.
About the role
In this role you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support services to facilitate the effective operation and function of the office. This role is extremely fast paced managing the reception desk and incoming calls.
You will be an adaptable individual who is able to work autonomously and has outstanding communication skills. Your outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and your ability to prioritize your workload in a fast-paced work environment will be paramount to your success in this role.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a wide range of administrative support to the team as required, including word processing, presentation preparation, spreadsheets, and diary management.
- Be the first point of contact for new referrals, including onboarding and preparation of documentation.
- Manage incoming calls and front of house administrative operations.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including venue bookings, agenda & minute preparation.
- Communicate effectively with management, staff, clients, and families in a productive and harmonious way.
What do you need for the role?
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a busy office, preferably in the disability industry
- Great attention to detail and time management abilities
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of office administration including proficiency in the use of Office suite products and dedicated CRM programs.
- Ability to work well within a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
