Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
  • Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
  • Good organisational skills and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent time management, with the capacity to work to deadlines.
  • Committed to undertaking duties efficiently with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Sound proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide support to the CEO, GM Finance, IT Manager including managing calendars credit card receipts, letter drafting and collation of board presentation decks.
  • Organise and co-ordinate both Executive, Director and Group Services travel and accommodation.
  • Take charge of executive credit cards and manage expenses using the “Pro-spend” software.
  • Possess good technical computer skills, assist with preparation of PowerPoint and excel as required.
  • Management of corporate policy documents including creation of new policies and maintenance of existing policies.
  • Maintenance of notifications and newsletters on the intranet.
  • Utilise DocuSign and other tools for contract execution.
  • Respect confidential information the role will be privy to.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the Corporate Head office including staff amenities, stationery orders, repairs and maintenance management and tenancy matters.
  • Co-ordinating social events.
