Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
- Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
- Good organisational skills and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated excellent time management, with the capacity to work to deadlines.
- Committed to undertaking duties efficiently with a high level of attention to detail.
- Customer service orientated.
- Sound proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide support to the CEO, GM Finance, IT Manager including managing calendars credit card receipts, letter drafting and collation of board presentation decks.
- Organise and co-ordinate both Executive, Director and Group Services travel and accommodation.
- Take charge of executive credit cards and manage expenses using the “Pro-spend” software.
- Possess good technical computer skills, assist with preparation of PowerPoint and excel as required.
- Management of corporate policy documents including creation of new policies and maintenance of existing policies.
- Maintenance of notifications and newsletters on the intranet.
- Utilise DocuSign and other tools for contract execution.
- Respect confidential information the role will be privy to.
- Ensuring the efficient running of the Corporate Head office including staff amenities, stationery orders, repairs and maintenance management and tenancy matters.
- Co-ordinating social events.
