About the Role
Joining as a Legal Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective support across a diverse range of tasks within the Brisbane office. You will work closely with the team to assist with the below;
- Document amendment
- General requirements including telephones, incoming and outgoing mail and filing
- Diary management
- Email management
- Monthly billing and expenses
- Scheduling boardroom/meeting room bookings.
About You
- Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant
- Strong writing, formatting and communication skills, with well-developed written expression and grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who is enthusiastic and enjoys a challenge
- Willingness to learn and enhance skills.
