Your new role
We are seeking an Administrative & Financial Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in managing our financial operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, and payable, with a requirement for proficiency in Xero. Initially a part-time position offering 4-6 hours of work over five days a week, there is potential for increased hours for the right candidate. This role involves a blend of administrative tasks, customer communication, and basic procurement, with opportunities for remote work after a successful training period. We offer a supportive environment for learning and growth, making this a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in administration and a keen interest in financial management.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in financial management, with proficiency in Xero.
- Demonstrated experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Commitment to a part-time schedule with the flexibility for more hours.
- Strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Excellent communication skills for customer and client interactions.
- Ability to handle procurement tasks and manage administrative duties efficiently.
