To secure high quality seed supply for the long term, one of our clients has developed their own Seed Orchard which PF Olsen will manage on their behalf.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient and cost-effective forest management services to our clients and manage the Seed Orchard within the Green Triangle. Since you will liaise between our clients, contractors and stakeholders’, professionalism will be the common theme between all interactions. You will have excellent communication skills since building and nurturing relationships to deliver outcomes is critical to this role.
To effectively deliver on the outcomes you will be able to plan ahead and manage evolving deadlines. Since this is a new role, it will be evolving on a regular basis. To cater to the changing demands, you will be flexible in your approach and think outside the box to solve a problem.
This is a Part Time role (32 hours per fortnight) based in our Hamilton or Mount Gambier office with infrequent travel within the region and to the Seed Orchard regularly. Working days are negotiable based on successful candidates’ preference.
