We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer (AAEP) to join our dynamic team. This position supports the Business Manager, Executive Team and HODs in all aspects of administrative management of the school.

About the Role
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Reception and parent enquiries;
- PA to Principal and Deputies;
- Newsletters;
- Student enrolments;
- Preparation of outgoing mail;
- Creation of Work Area Access Permits for contractors on site;
- Filing;
- Formulating student enrolment packs and other administrative paperwork;
- Collating information of sensitive/confidential matters on behalf of the Principal;
- General administration duties as directed by the Business Manager.
The applicant must have a high level of knowledge in Oneschool and micro-soft packages.
They also require a high level of accountability in the area of administrative support and department's Policies and Procedures.
The applicant must exhibit attention to detail and contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal, Deputies and Business Manager.
The ability to work autonomously and part of a high performing team within the administrative staff.
