We are seeking a motivated Administrative Officer (AAEP) with high level interpersonal skills to join our team. This role is offered on a temporary part-time basis working 0.80 FTE and 58 hours per fortnight, until 08 December 2024, unless otherwise determined.
You will be required to provide support to ensure deadlines are met and to be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication skills, be a team player, be solutions driven and a self-starter.

About the Role
As the Administrative Officer (AAEP) you will have responsibility for the following:
- Perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
- Undertake routine activities including reception (telephone and counter enquiries), arranging appointments, correspondence and general administration, maintaining school records, such as student admissions, enrolments and departures, processing incoming and outgoing mail and email, and once approved, ordering.
- Student Management - Updating Student enrolments, Data entry in One School regarding contacts with parents. Student late and leave passes.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, policy documents, reports, forms, prospectuses, memorandums, examination papers, and school Annual Reports. Draft, check correspondence, with guidance from the Principal or Business Manager concerning correspondence of a non-routine nature.
About You
Highly desirable skills and experience:
- The ability to problem-solve using established procedures.
- Written and numeric skills, admin skills, written and verbal communication, equipment skills and other work skills appropriate to the discipline. These skills should be readily transferable between organisations.
- Experience with One School and Finance knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and willing to take on new tasks.
