About the role
The Administrative Officer is responsible to the Head of Department through the Office Manager and Chief Medical Radiation Scientist for the provision of clerical services including reception general office duties, patient billing and data entry to information systems.

- Experience working in an administrative role in a health setting and a good understanding of medical terminology.
- The ability to work Monday-Friday with shift times of 7:00am - 03:30pm and 8:30am - 05:00pm.
- Proficiency in using software packages such as Word, Excel or Mac equivalent with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
