Calling Customer Service Coordinators (full and part-time opportunities) to be a part of our enthusiastic and professional team based in leafy North Adelaide location.

As an approved provider to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Home Care Packages (HCP) we have a team of Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Home Support Workers providing expert care across metropolitan Adelaide. The Customer Service Coordinators are at the heart of enabling the provision of this care and we have room for more skilled and energized rostering legends.
The ROLE
You will work in a collaborative and consultative manner to ensure our services not only meet but exceed our client’s expectations.
The Customer Service Coordinator will have excellent phone mannerisms and be responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling casual and part time staff in accordance to the client preference and needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Allocate Home Support Workers and Nursing Staff to referred services by matching their skills, competencies, qualifications and experiences to client needs.
- Manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and ensure maintenance of details.
- Give clear direction and assistance to Accept Support Workers and create an environment of excellent Customer Service and high performance.
- Meet administrative requirements for scheduling, records and information management in an electronic environment, including maintenance of clear accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with Accept’s policies and procedures.
- Available to work Monday to Friday and have flexibility to work between 7am – 6pm with on-call duties (rotating roster)
- Liaise and work with accounts staff to ensure accurate invoicing and payroll and liaise with Human Resources to ensure knowledge of all Support Workers' details are current and present for compliant rostering delivery
To be successful in this role, the following are required:

- Ability to manage professional services via telephone and online modalities and/or ability to pick up new systems and processes
- Operating with a quick ‘we can do’ this mentality
- Passionate about delivering Customer Service and helping support workers to deliver their best customer care.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with staff and managers to coordinate shifts; great team member skills
- A timely manner
- Ability to work up to 4-5 days per week
- Computer literate and have well developed administrative competencies
- Knowledge of Salesforce, TRACCS software or other CMI is desirable or a a strong ability to learn a new software
- Previous experience working in a similar role is advantageous or in a Customer Service / retail role in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in the aged care or disability sector (preferable) and/or relevant qualifications in human or health services is also desirable
- DHS screenings for NDIS and Working with Children or willingness to apply for these clearances
- National Police Check
