Conscious Healthcare SA is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant/Officer based in our Seacliff Officer.
Providing customer service to NDIS Participants and our multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Social Workers, Developmental Educators and Behaviour Support Practitioners

About you
- You are skilled in data entry, the Microsoft platform inc Excel and Word and CRM systems
- You have the ability to maintain worker records and carry out workplace inductions
- You have experience in meeting and event coordination and minute taking
- You posses exceptional customer service skills, are patient, friendly and professional
- You hold or are able to obtain evidence to work in an NDIS risk assessed capacity (NDIS Worker Clearance)
- You have experience in general office administration
- You have a high attention to detail, being organised and structured
- You are task focused and adaptable to a fast paced office environment
- You have a great phone manner and communication skills
Tasks and responsibilities
- Answering and making phones for scheduling appointments and chasing up information as required
- Processing large volumes of data
- Cross checking spreadsheets and databases
- Accurately entering data into internal management systems
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Liaise with all workers to ensure health and safety compliance
- Maintain necessary training records
- Carry out workplace inductions
- Incident reporting
- Audits
- Organise and record meetings
- Organising team events
- Onboarding new staff
