Our client is an SA Government Agency that seeks an experienced Workforce Information & Systems Officer.
You will be able to start immediately and support the team with your excellent skills and knowledge in HRMS and data analysis & reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Human Resource Management and Learning & Development Systems, including CHRIS21 and Bridge.
- Utilise sound Excel and Microsoft Office (preferably 365) skills for data management and reporting.
- Conduct process mapping and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and analyse large data sets to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite (preferably Office 365).
- Experienced in Human Resource Management/Learning & Development System administration (CHRIS21/Bridge).
- Strong process mapping and improvement capabilities.
- Adept at handling and analysing big data.
- Excellent Data analysis & reporting skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Immediate Start. Contract to 31 July 2024 ( possible extension)
- Rate: ASO3/ASO4 Level: $42-55 - $50.52 depending on experience
