About the Role:
We are looking for three ASO1 Filing Officers to join our team immediately and support our documentation management needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- File employee documentation accurately and efficiently
- Scan and archive documents in compliance with company standards
- Sort and batch high volumes of paperwork
- Ensure data input is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with team members to meet strict deadlines
About You:
- Proven experience in filing, scanning, and archiving documents
- Strong background in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and reliability
- Familiarity with CHRIS21 or similar payroll/accounting systems (not essential)
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
