A Temporary Full time Administrative position is available at Nepean Hospital until 7 February 2025. The successful incumbent will be responsible for Outpatient Clinics, HealthRoster, TESL, Supporting Head of Department and NUM as well as a variety of other administrative duties.This imperative position provides administrative support to the Nepean Renal Dialysis Units and Renal Ambulatory Care and other sites of the WRS as required. - Advanced computer skills using the Microsoft office suite of products including outlook appointments, database
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparation and distribution of agendas and minute taking and typing of medical letters
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, ability to be flexible and display initiative
- Demonstrated experience in working in a multidisciplinary team and with senior medical and nursing staff
- Demonstrated organisational / time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure, meet tight timeframes and manage competing demands
