We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Officer who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our team at the Warrina Homes Corporate Office in Highbury. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role entails providing a welcoming and professional first impression, as well as offering high-quality customer service and administrative support as part of our administrative team. Most importantly, you will serve as a role model in upholding and promoting the service excellence culture, vision, and mission of Warrina Homes.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Addressing front desk and telephone enquiries in a welcoming and professional manner
- Provide a high level of customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist residents, visitors, and staff by undertaking a range of tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Undertake varied administrative duties including but not limited to updating and producing documents and reports.
- Maintain office records.
- Manage information within software programs.
- Undertake filing, archiving, photocopying and distribution of documentation as directed.
- Delivery of information to residents in the RCF and Retirement Villages
- Other duties as directed in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the position.
- Database Management and provide support for special projects.
What we are looking for:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration (preferable)
- Previous experience working in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit
- Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a team environment.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Current South Australian Driver’s License
- Current Flu Vaccination and COVID-19 Vaccinations including Booster is recommended.
- Current Aged Care Specific Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
