About the role
Protech Cairns are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Administrative Officer.
You will be an integral part of the team working closely with various departments, obtaining quotes, general administrative functions such as reception, project costing, procurement, and accounts.
Key Duties
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
- Managing project documentation and S&Q's
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Establish and Maintain project control register (PCR)
- Responding to emails and other forms of communication
- Complete Records Management tasks such as batching and profiling
- Diploma in Business or relevant experience working in an administrative/ project support role
- Strong Excel Spreadsheet experience
- ProMaster/SAP experience
- Good eye for detail
- Strong data entry skills
- Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Candidate must be an Australian Citizen
- $36 - $43 per hour
- 6 months contract
