About the role
We on the hunt for a Central Bookings Officer to join our Team at the Gold Coast Region. This is a permanent position on a full-time basis.
The Central Bookings Team are responsible for making appointments for our patients across our Gold Coast practices. This role is predominantly phone based. You will be provided a thorough training program for you to learn the complexities of the role, our locations and bookings processes.
About You
- Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
- Professional personal presentation
- Working with the latest medical imaging equipment, in world class facilities and with experts in their field
