The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an energetic Office Administrator to join the EVOS team. This is a newly created role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Working in a small, but highly skilled team of 24 people, you will make a significant contribution to growing electric vehicle uptake in Australia and globally.
Whilst previous experience will be viewed favourable, most importantly EVOS is looking for someone with intelligence and a great attitude. EVOS is a fast-growing business in new technology. Candidates with a hunger to learn and contribute to EVOS’ success will have opportunities to grow this role, or transition into other roles, as EVOS expands into a global business over the next 2-3 years.
The primary focus of the Office Administrator is to manage all aspects of the EVOS office environment, including reception, managing office supplies / contractors, ensuring a presentable office environment and providing general administration support to the leadership team.
Experience and Skills:
- No specific qualifications required.
- Role specific experience desirable, but EVOS will consider candidates without direct experience who demonstrate intelligence, a desire to learn and a great attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint).
- Desire to learn new skills and grow with the business.
- Team player.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills.
