About the role
This is your opportunity to join the SA Medical Imaging Team at Flinders Medical Centre as an Administrative Officer.
The role involves general administrative duties including, but not limited to, patient identification and data entry into the Radiology Information System (RIS), interpreting medical imaging terminology, scheduling bookings for medical imaging services and providing information to patients and referrers regarding preparation according to SA Medical Imaging guidelines, and providing reports via fax, email, electronic download of examinations or CD / USB of images as requested
Working individually or within a small team, the successful candidate may be rostered to any one of the administrative areas, required to be available across 7 days on a rotating roster.
To be successful in this role you will require a high level of communication and customer services skills, the abiltiy to work autonomously and must be able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working With Children Check (DHS)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
