Our client is one of the leading suppliers of their field. They service government departments, as well as local and national high-profile businesses.

The Role:

We are seeking a focussed administrative person who has remarkable communication and organisation skills, willingness to learn the businesses regular operational needs, as well as promote the business to reach new levels.

Your core duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Reception duties, including phone calls & taking customer orders
  • Generate reports to compile business data
  • Successfully meeting monthly KPI's
  • Data entry of new product lines and managing them onto the website
  • Transportation booking and monitoring arrival via portals
  • Progressive knowledge of the Microsoft suite
  • Proven ability with IT systems and CRM
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Teamwork across all sections: Work closely with all staff, progressing efficient direction and communication.
  • Time efficiency : Ability to utilise strategies to order tasks efficiently, meeting the desired outcomes of the business.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a similar role. (desired)
  • Great customer service skills (essential)
  • Highly Competent in utilising CRM, software, and technology to ensure operations flow effectively. (desired)
  • Punctual (essential)
  • Highly organised (essential)
  • Attention to detail (essential)

About You:

  • You have proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders
  • Disciplined with remarkable organisational skills to meet targets and purpose.
  • Effective and efficient use of time to ensure a productive workflow.
