This role involves:
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with trainers and relevant stakeholders.
- Arrange and in house training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources are available for each session.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate training records, including participant information, attendance, and certification status.
- Respond to inquiries from training participants, providing excellent customer service and support throughout their training journey.
- Assist in the procurement of training materials, resources, and equipment as required.
- Collaborate with the Training Department team to develop and maintain training schedules and calendars.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on training activities and performance metrics for management review.
- Provide general Administrative Support to the Training Department, including data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Support the RTO Manager and Training team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Administrative Support roles, preferably in a training or educational environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with trainers, trainees, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
