Consistent growth in our business has created the opportunity for this new role of Business Support Coordinator based at our Burleigh Heads Office.
This opportunity will suit a results-driven, energetic person that thrives on completing a diversity of tasks each and every day. This position is much more than a conventional administration role and extends to leadership of the administration team and high-level coordination and planning with the CEO and the management team.

Responsibilities
Direct oversight of Administrative office including:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll via Xero
- Quality, Safety and Environment ISO certification
- Operational and administrative support for Project Managers
- Insurance Operations
- General administration such as IT support and fielding phone calls
- High level understanding of Aroflo
Coordination with Project Management Team:
- Assist with day to day resourcing for projects
- High level understanding of WHS legislation and ability to implement
- Assistance with proposals and tenders
- Assist to ensure projects profitability targets and contractual obligations are met
- Thorough understanding of annual business goals
Continuous Improvement:
- Understanding opportunities for increased efficiency and enacted change
- Working closely with management team to streamline processes
- Gaining industry understanding
Essential Criteria
- Experience as an office manager, administration officer, project manager or similar.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively without direct oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Experience with job management software (Aroflo) highly regarded.
- Experience in developing and maintaining effective office systems, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership and change management.
- Desire to thrive as the central point of coordination and efficiency amongst a team.
- Experience in Environmental Industry favourable.
