About the role
As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide administrative and support services to facilitate the effective operation of the AgEnviro commercial laboratories.
Day in the life of an Administrative Support Officer
- Undertake a range of administrative and support services including invoice management and customer service for the laboratory.
- Manage, collect and compile information to maintain client and laboratory information and databases, and prepare quality documentation and correspondence in line with ISO 17025 NATA requirements.
- Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures.
- Respond to enquiries and escalate and redirect issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information.
- Update and maintain departmental records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Assist with creation of laboratory communication and marketing strategies through website updates and creation of marketing collateral.
