What You'll Do
The Fleet and Store Administrator plays a critical role in the successful day-to-day operations of our Fleet vehicles and Patrol vehicles services. You will provide effective and efficient support to the team by harnessing exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to manage an ad-hoc workload.
- Provide close administrative support within the Fleet team, including responding to emails and inbound calls in a time-sensitive manner and ordering and maintaining store stock, creating and processing purchase orders in the organisations finance system
- Manage store operations including meeting with suppliers, organising the movement and payment of goods, maintaining cleanliness, order and record keeping in house
- Maintain accurate fleet data following vehicle movement, acquisitions and disposals advice using established system and processes
- Proactively managing key fleet deadlines and deliverables including prioritising daily networking, admin, and support activity
- Facilitate budgetary tasks including processing invoices and control of administrative costs
- Engaged in Ad Hoc projects and drive opportunities that support the initiatives and development of the Fleet Team
- Maintain effective customer and business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to leverage enhanced business and organisational performance

- Sound knowledge of Road & Vehicle laws and legislation
