About the role:
- Planning and allocating drivers
- Assisting with logistics / routes
- Assisting with safety precautions and procedures
- Liasing with drivers and customers via phone and email
- Recording information on Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with everyday office tasks
About the individual:
- Previous administrative experience
- Safety Focused
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS office suite, particularly around Excel
- Ability to pick up new information and eager to learn
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- A good attitude and able to work autonomously once fully trained
- Good knowledge of Brisbane suburbs is advantageous
