About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Paradise Dam project team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support services. This is a permanent fulltime role, Monday to Friday with ongoing career opportunities, based in Fortitude Valley Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete general administration duties.
  • Assisting with booking travel and accommodation when required.
  • Preparing relevant documentation including assisting with the formatting/typing of correspondence and presentations.
  • Ensuring all prepared material, documentation and correspondence is dealt with according to relevant procedures such as the Management System.
  • Preparation of date for End of Month requirements.

Requirements for this role:

  • Relevant experience in a similar administration role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Advanced experience with Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel skills are desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines.
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills.
