Civmec are currently seeking Recruitment Officers and Administrators to join our Maintenance & Shutdown Recruitment team. Based at our Corporate Offices in Henderson you will perform a wide range of administrative and recruitment support duties.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing internal recruitment systems and provide support to the Recruitment team.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks.
- Coordinate and conduct employment interviews.
- Liaise with external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders on requirements.
- Conduct phone screening, advising on selection and interviews, reference checking and background checking.
- Maintaining accurate employee records within client systems.
- Building and managinig a talent pipeline, utilising various sourcing tools and channels.
- Ability to adapt and manage several projects at one time as business needs require.
About You
- Previous experience in a Recruitment environment will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Previous experience with client onboarding systems such as ERMS, INX, Success Factors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with a blue-collar environment.
- An excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously, be solutions orientated, employ initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Forward thinking and problem-solving skills.
