Description

  • Provide essential administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and document uploads for sales staff
  • Coordinate bookings for client meeting efficiently
  • Assist with travel arrangements to facilitate smooth business operations
  • Occasionally handle accounts payable and receivable tasks

Profile

  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced office environment is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards learning and growth
  • AP / AR desirable

Job Offer
