Welcome to Homekind Real Estate!
We are looking for a vibrant, bubbly and positive junior sales assistant who is proactive, kind and conscientious.
The first thing you want to know, of course, is renumeration. Our starting salary is $55,000 to $65,000 + Super (range depending on your experience, skillset, etc). We build into our employment contracts annual wage increases and yearly bonuses so you know what you are working towards financially, and it is our hope that you have a view to working towards a long and successful career at Homekind that may develop into an Office Management role, an Executive Assistant pathway, or maybe Sales?
What are your goals? Let us help you achieve them!
We have a new office in the Lightsview Village and need your support to ensure our team is as productive as possible. We need someone who can use their initiative, judgement, organisational and interpersonal skills to manage the complex and dynamic needs of our office and our industry.
Experience is not essential but valued.
This is what we need, but what do you need?
We take pride in creating and maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture. We want you to feel empowered and valued at Homekind, and we do this through various office initiatives and community engagements, but fundamentally we do this by setting you up for success by investing in you as you invest in our business.
The position is full-time hours as negotiated by the employee and our office, though some weekend work may be required (in exchange for time in lieu).
