What you’ll do each day: 

  • Greeting clients and company stakeholders
  • Candidate management
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Reception and general housekeeping duties
  • Maintaining appointment meeting rooms
  • Data entry, filing and archiving
  • Providing a high level of customer service
