GreenTec Consulting is an innovative Engineering consultancy working in the Civil and Environmental sectors with projects Australia wide. We are a family owned and operated company with a team of 10 employees. Due to growth within our team, we are now looking for an Administration Assistant to support our Office Manager and Engineering team on a Part Time basis (3 days per week)
Working closely to support the Office Manager your role will consist of, but not be limited to the below tasks -

Working closely to support the Office Manager your role will consist of, but not be limited to the below tasks -
- Basic office administration duties including cleaning, ordering stationary supplies, ordering milk and fruit, cleaning coffee machine.
- Arranging for couriers to pickup lab tests from office or site as required
- Mail distribution and postage as required
- Filing and scanning of project documents as required
- Booking travel (flights, car hire and accommodation) for Engineers as required
- Adding invoices payable into Xero accounting software in a timely manner for payment
- Booking equipment for projects as directed by Engineers
- Utilising Harvest to add job expenses to our projects in harvest
- Organising office catering for meetings and training as required
- Assisting Engineers to format reports as needed using Word
- Support to MD and Technical Director in the absence of the Office Manager.
- Adding PO’s for jobs to their relevant job folders as they are sent through
- Organising Ute hire through our Fleet Supplier as needed based on project requirements – this could include picking up and dropping off utes from the Eagle Farm depot
- Fixing any issues with the Printer/Scanner or arranging for service technicians to come out
- Liaising with the Property Manager regarding any building issues that may arise
- Assist with keeping the company intranet up to date
- A minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar administration role
- You must be a team player who is highly organised
- Skilled in all MS Office applications including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience using Sharepoint would be advantageous.
- Experience using Xero or inputting invoices into a similar software program is desirable.
- A friendly and professional mannerism with a can do attitude and willingness to learn.
- High personal and professional work standards with time management and organisational skills
- Hold a current Open Australian Drivers Licence and be able to drive a manual car.
