About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team at our Regis Lucinda home in a part time capacity - working 22 hours per week. In this role you will be responsible for actively providing assistance to the Lucinda home to meet occupancy targets and assist families and potential residents in securing a place within Regis.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with key referral agencies to maximise the effect of raising awareness of Regis in the direct community of bed fillers
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide on the job coaching to other staff who undertake parts of the sales process to assist with the level of professionalism in the sales process
  • Conduct informative tours that showcase both the home and Regis
  • Ensure that Regis value to customers is clear and understood to set Regis apart from competitors
  • Support the Facility Manager in the achievement of RAD targets as per room advertised pricing and budget parameters
  • Actively provide assistance in meeting occupancy budgets
  • Adjust to multiple demands, ambiguity and change in collaboration with other staff in a positive way
  • Build productive working relationships and foster team work and collaboration across the home;
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and the overall performance of the Homes€™ €˜First Impression" service
  • Identify opportunities to improve Customer Service across the facilities and various service programs
  • Respond positively and efficiently to customer enquiries
  • Keep Salesforce current with status of all opportunities
  • As required, effectively negotiate a sales opportunity
  • Assist at home based marketing events such as open days and breakfasts

  • Sales, business development and Customer Service experience preferably within Aged Care

Mandatory requirements for all candidates

  • Evidence that you have had the 2020 Flu Vaccination or willingness to complete this before employment can be offered*
  • Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
  • Valid National Police Check

* The Australian Government has advised that all residential Aged Care staff and visiting workers should be vaccinated by 1 May 2020. This includes both current and future Regis employees.
