Your First Six Months:
- Assess and optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within operations or a closely related field, with a track record of measurable success.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the building, construction, or home repair industries is highly preferred.
- Education: Degree or vocational qualification in Business Management, Operations, or a related field. Additional qualifications or licenses in Building are considered a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards achieving company goals. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a knack for innovative thinking.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for managing diverse teams and interacting with stakeholders.
