Our client is a retail business with a huge online presence. Due to the ongoing success of the business and roll-out of a number of new Strategic Loyalty Product Initiatives, a permanent position has been created for a Senior Digital Insights Analyst to join the team. With the key focus of the role being to drive digital optimisation through Adobe Analytics, SQL and analytics for web and app data. The responsibilities of this role will cover but not be limited to;- Work with Adobe Analytics and SQL to Analyze Web and App data.
- Work within Stakeholders to understand strategic product road maps to improve customer experience.
- Deliver proactive data insights and act as the single source of truth for all digital product related initiatives.
- Deliver a range of data driven insights projects that could include but not be limited to; Experimentation, A/B Testing, Customer & Product Insights, Performance matrix development and analysis, Customer Lifetime Value Analysis, Behavioural Modelling, development of Dashboards, automated reports and self-service analytics solutions.
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics (Must have)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather and define requirements, negotiate timelines/deliverables, present analysis, insights & strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with SQL to extract, manage and manipulate complex data sets in preparation for analysis
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI will prove highly advantageous.
