Access the National Relay Service
The Sunshine Coast Persistent Pain Management Service model of care includes the Calderdale Framework. It is an expectation that all staff within the service will engage with this framework and undertake skill sharing, appropriate delegation and, where required, competency-based training.
Key responsibilites include:
- Provide a defined range of specialised clinical screening assessments for patients with complex needs, as delegated and allowed by testing guidelines and legislation.
- Provide a defined range of treatments for patients with complex conditions, including using decision support tools, clinical pathways and patient guidelines.
- Identify potential changes needed in treatment programs using results from standardised assessment tools and gain endorsement to make these changes following discussion with the supervising Allied Health Professional.
Remuneration value up to $90 133 p.a., comprising salary between $73 861 - $78 997 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA4).
