Address Metro South Oral Health are looking for an Advanced Oral Health Therapist to join their team. Metro South Oral Health is the largest public provider in the State. It delivers a comprehensive range of services to an eligible adult population and children and adolescents from four (4) years of age until the completion of Year 10 in secondary school. The Service provides family centred and paediatric primary Oral Health care and a range of secondary and specialist care from 17 different facilities. This permanent full time role provides services across the Beenleigh, Browns Plains, Beaudesert area.

About the Role
Lead and manage a medium-sized Oral Health team and provide high level clinical care and professional leadership to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and service improvement.
Contribute to the strategic, operational, and human resource management of MSOH.
Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.
Work in partnership with MSOH Principal Dentists to plan, develop, operationalise and coordinate dental and Oral Health therapy services, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse team including resource allocation, operational and clinical practice supervision, performance appraisal and performance management.
