This position is within the client services team that focuses on supporting the client services team with day-to-day tasks, whilst nurturing good relationships with our clients, other departments, and external suppliers.
No experience in the advertising industry is necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day activation of media campaigns
- Quality assure work before being sent off to client team/publishers
- Attend both internal and external (when required) WIP meetings
- Assist the wider team to plan and execute strategies that deliver on client media objectives while being in budget and on-time
- Assist with business administration tasks such as billing and invoice reconciliation including campaign creation, performance optimisation, and budget monitoring
- Work with Analytics to deliver dashboard/reports that give a clear view of campaign performance, along with insights, recommendations, and next steps
- Work with cross-functional teams during campaign planning
- Participate in the creation of media strategy presentations and campaign post-mortems
- Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and dependencies in a timely manner
