As our Advertising Lead, working on a full time, permanent basis and based our of our Brisbane CBD head office, you’ll be responsible for effectively managing our paid media strategy and budget across predominantly digital channels, to drive full funnel results, from awareness of the Shine Justice brands through to new client acquisition. Supported by a Digital Marketing Specialist, who you’ll lead, coach and mentor, you’ll drive business growth across a range of media channels.
You’ll lead our advertising function through a strong strategic focus on driving quality enquiries, and managing campaigns and budgets effectively. You’ll develop our Advertising strategy, and be responsible for driving it’s implementation, whilst being responsible for a large budget.
Collaborating with our marketing managers, you’ll create integrated campaigns, and provide strategic recommendations on results. In consultation with our Digital Experience and Content Lead, you’ll deliver successful lead generating campaigns, with landing pages and online tools that assist prospective clients. And you’ll work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, to ensure creative excellence for all advertising, that also adheres to industry best practice.
Through developing optimisation plans (including test plans and bidding strategies), you’ll strive for the continuous improvement of our paid digital channels. You’ll plan and create excellent high converting sales funnels through both above and below the line channels, and you’ll report on their performance, sharing learnings from your analysis. You’ll assist to recommend and evaluate channels, new tools, enhancements, and other opportunities. And you’ll maintain close agency relationships, to optimise above the line media spend, ensuring it’s performing to business KPIs, and integrating with below the line activity.
What you’ll bring. In order to succeed in this role, you’ll possess:
- Significant demonstrated digital media experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing a large media budget to drive business results.
- Hands on experience building campaigns in Google Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar.
- Tealium CDP and SFCRM experience is advantageous.
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Data Studio experience.
- Strong analytical skills, utilising financial and consumer insight data to inform the design and planning process of campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to drive strategic thinking, and translate this to actionable and iterative delivery, that adds customer value and achieve business outcomes.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and dependencies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Leadership experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate a range of tasks and competing priorities, and to meet timely outcomes under limited supervision.
