JOB ROLE: Advertising Specialist

Location: Ultimo, NSW 2007
Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
Role: Full-time
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Collaborate closely with various departments to develop comprehensive advertising plans and strategies tailored to the goals and target audience of the client.
· Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities to inform advertising strategies.
· Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and effective advertising campaigns.
· Select appropriate media channels and negotiate advertising placements to reach the target audience.
· Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all elements are delivered on time and within budget.
· Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns, using metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion rates and return on investment.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign progress, discuss strategies and address any concerns or feedback.
· Provide clear and detailed briefs to creative teams, outlining campaign objectives, target audience, key messaging, and any other relevant information.
· Review advertisement contents, recommend catchy headlines, taglines, scripts and online content, to generate positive ROI for the clients.
· Responsible for producing post campaign analysis and presenting it to the client.
· Optimise advertising campaigns based on performance data and feedback to improve effectiveness and maximise results.
· Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in media planning and buying to ensure that campaigns are innovative and effective.
Requirements of the role:
· Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar role or related field
· A Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
· Commercial acumen & flair for sales
· Strategic thinking & research abilities
· Ability to provide creative solutions
· Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
· Attention to detail.
· Analytical skills
Australian citizens and permanent residents are preferred.
