We are Specialist Practice looking for a patient focused Medical Receptionist with highly effective communication and organisational skills.
You will be the front line interface between the doctor and patients and take pride in providing excellent customer service. The ability to work in a team environment and knowledge of Genie Medical Software will be highly regarded.
This key role covers a wide range of administrative tasks including front desk reception, managing patient appointments and medical records, all communication including phone calls and correspondence, referrals and results, patient billing, Medicare billing, and other general administrative duties. Previous medical reception experience is essential.
You will be required to work flexible part time hours (20-25 hours per week), 3 days per week with flexibility to cover leave when required with no weekend work.
