About the Role

You will be a part of our highly skilled team where you will play a vital role in supporting our exceptional financial planning solutions delivered through our customised version of Xplan.

The role will proactively engage with practices, providing comprehensive support, and delivering training to ensure outstanding experiences for advisers. 

This position presents an excellent opportunity for paraplanners, client services managers, technology support analysts, and consultants seeking further growth in the dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

Providing best practice Advice Technology guidance, support, onboarding and training to clients:

  • Manage a support queue via phone and email.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions.
  • Identify suitable technology solutions for clients.
  • Support implementation and technology adoption.
  • Deliver webinars and create instructional materials.

Contribute to customised site development, administration and projects:

  • Manage Wizard bugs and code fixes.
  • Assist in testing and analysis.
  • Contribute to the development roadmap.
  • Complete project tasks as required.

Collaborate with stakeholders and be an advice process expert:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner.
  • Collaborate on ongoing tasks and Advice Technology projects.

Complete any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by your immediate manager.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience working with Xplan other wealth management software in a development, support and / or business process role.
  • Excellent Xplan and CommPay system development and business process knowledge and experience.
  • Degree in IT, Finance, Business, Commerce or a related discipline. Tertiary education and qualifications looked upon favourably.
  • Understanding of Excel mechanics and Salesforce or other CRM
  • Strong understanding of the financial advice industry and the needs and expectations of advice practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, combined with initiative and enthusiasm to provide resolutions.
  • Experience working on competing priorities and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organisation.
  • Develop productive relationships with industry providers and other users.
